By sourcing the doors overseas, Hollon Consulting helped reduce door costs by approximately 35% compared with domestic sourcing. Hardware pricing was also negotiated using the combined purchasing volume of all three hotels rather than treating each property separately, resulting in approximately 20% additional savings on hardware. Hollon Consulting supplied new guestroom entry doors, bath doors, closet sliders, and public area doors across all three hotel renovation projects.
