OUR PROJECTS

Hollon Consulting has built alliances with all of the major door and door hardware manufacturers. We carry complete lines of commercial and residential hardware, metal doors and frames, paint and stain grade wood doors, plastic laminate doors, barn doors with barn door tracks and pulls, and much more.

Below are some of the products we offer from our various manufacturers. We also carry custom hardware lines and can supply just about anything your project needs in regards to doors and door hardware.

Package of 3 Springhill Suites Renovations – St Louis Park, Eden Prairie, and Eagan, MN (2023)

  • - Hollon Consulting worked with the LittKM Group on front end pricing
  • - Doors were sourced oversees cutting approx 35% from the cost vs domestic
  • - Hardware pricing was negotiated based on buying power of 3 hotels rather than one reducing the cost by about 20%
  • - Supplied new GR entry, Bath, Closet Sliders, and all public area doors for 3 hotels

Renaissance Hotel – Boca Raton, FL (2023)

  • - Hollon Consulting worked directly with TPG Companies to procure all new guestroom entry and corridor doors and hardware
  • - Site visits made to ensure new doors work with existing frames, preps, and net sizes
  • - Coordinated with TPG’s general contractor for installation

Springhill Suites Andover, MA (2022-2023)

  • - Worked with Cox Hospitality Construction to replace all door hardware on existing doors and frames
  • - Made multiple product modifications from specified products in order for the existing doors and frames to be reused

Origin Hotel – Atlanta, GA (2023)

  • - Worked directly with Thrash Development on product specification for both plastic laminate doors and door hardware
  • - Provided premium custom laminate color doors and complete new door hardware to match existing frames

Origin Hotel – Kansas City, MO (2023)

  • - Worked directly with Thrash Development to supply a hardware only package.
  • - Coordinated all preps with the millwork provider
  • - Provided double acting Eliason doors for kitchen areas

Hampton Inn – Sarasota, FL (2023)

  • - Worked with Commercial Renovation Services to provide new hardware for GR entry, bath, and closet doors.

Aksarben Hotel – Omaha, NE (2022)

  • - Worked with LittKM Group on a turnkey door and hardware replacement.
  • - Measured all existing frames and provided new factory painted wood doors and door hardware for all doors within the hotel
