Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Hollon Consulting, he leads the company’s efforts to deliver innovative solutions in multifamily construction design, focusing on sustainability, efficiency, and design excellence. As Vice President of Sales and Operations at Allegheny Commercial Doors, he oversaw all sales efforts as well as full operational functionality for the company. He was also a key stakeholder in the growth of Kelley Bros Southeast expansion efforts. Joel’s experience spans multiple regions and roles, including his time as Regional Operations Manager at DH Pace Company and Senior Sales Manager at Architectural Concepts LLC, where he consulted on Division 8 projects worldwide.
