Bobby Mills

Bobby Mills is a Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in architectural hardware and locksmithing. He specializes in the design, specification, and installation of hardware systems, earning a reputation for detail, leadership, and managing large-scale projects.

Bobby began his career as a Commercial Locksmith, gaining hands-on expertise in locking systems and security solutions for commercial properties. This experience laid the foundation for his later work in architectural hardware.

In 1997, Bobby became Locksmith Supervisor at Eastern Carolina University, managing a team responsible for the installation and maintenance of locking systems across campus. He also oversaw scheduling, inventory, and key control systems, ensuring compliance with security standards.

In 2004, Bobby moved into architectural hardware project management with Martin Architectural/Stock/Goess/Cook & Boardman. There, he designed hardware systems for commercial, educational, and government projects, working with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with codes like ADA and NFPA.

Bobby further advanced his career at Brabner & Hollon and John Oatley, where he managed hardware and access control installations and provided training to clients.

Since 2024, Bobby has served as Vice President of Project Management at Hollon Consulting, overseeing the design and implementation of hardware systems and access control for commercial and institutional projects. He manages client relationships, leads project teams, and ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Bobby excels in architectural hardware design, project coordination, budgeting, and client management. His leadership focuses on team development and collaboration, making him a key asset to any organization. He remains committed to advancing innovative, high-security solutions for commercial and institutional projects.
